First built in 1960s, but continuously renovated since then, the Hippie Fish stands proudly as one of oldest modern times restaurants of Mykonos and Cyclades Islands. It is also the original location where the Paramount movie of Shirley Valentine was filmed. Hippie Fish is a multi-space beach restaurant, on the beach Of Agios Ioannis in Mykonos. It combines harmoniously Cycladean architecture with modern aesthetic. The idea for the Hippie Fish Restaurant was born out of the need to give Mykonos a unique dining experience and offer something out of the ordinary, a “hippie” approach to authentic Greek and international dishes, and a space where people can come to relax, enjoy the sun and sea, have a great meal or dinner, a great cocktail and forget about the everyday worries of life. Hippie Fish’s menu focus on its famous seafood and vegetables, but that doesn’t mean meat-lover friends will be disappointed.
